Greetings! Thank you for visiting our site. It’s Yoga started as a dream almost 30 years ago and has now developed into a global community of like-minded individuals with a deep appreciation for the Ashtanga Vinyasa practice. The It’s Yoga System brings the ancient practice of Ashtanga to the modern student of Yoga. With great respect for the benefits of the practice, we have expanded routines, trainings, retreats, workshops and continuing education programs all designed to invite inquisitors to share in the gifts of this life enhancing practice.
Teacher Training
Learn the practice from the inside out. It’s Yoga has been doing teacher training programs for 13 years and graduated 3000 trainers. The program is sure to inspire and inform open minds. From brand new students to seasoned practitioners, there’s a course for you. June session is FULL!!! Ask about July programs.
Nauliland
Is a dream come true for Larry and Marie. Designated for enthusiasts of It’s Yoga, our retreat center is a place to reflect and recharge. Situated on acre of land a pool, garden, large House, yoga rooms and a full game plan, Nauliland is the first of It’s kind dedicated to supporting the It’s Yoga lifestyle.
