Welcome to It’s Yoga San Francisco, the premier yoga studio in San Francisco for Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga classes and Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training.

We have been teaching Ashtanga Yoga in San Francisco for over 17 years. Ashtanga Yoga is dynamic and aerobic. This 5,000 year old discipline offers physical and mental fitness. This ancient system of yoga arouses the inner fire to cleanse and strengthen the body by synchronizing movement with breath.

It’s Yoga features the “Rocket Series” created by founder Larry Schultz who has been a practitioner of Ashtanga Yoga for over 23 years and has studied extensively with Shri K. Pattabhi Jois.

It’s Yoga also offers a variety of yoga classes, beginning through advanced, along with a comprehensive Yoga Alliance certified ashtanga yoga teacher training. We offer a variety of Yoga Workshops and Yoga Retreats.
