THE ROCKET INTENSIVE
This is a 150 hour, month long intensive workshop, Monday thru Friday.

10:00 am - 11:45 am Fitness Academy
This program is the most comprehensive fitness training program ever developed to create a symmetry of strength, balance and coordination, using heavy balls and core building exercises based on the work of Joseph Pilates. During this time students will strengthen and coordinate their limbs to the core to become more proficient and graceful in their practice.

12:00 - 1:15pm Lunch Break

1:15pm - 2:30pm Study Session -Learning the It's Yoga System. Sequencing your day, week and month, as a practitioner, as a teacher. Teaching The It's Yoga System. During this time you will practice instructing and refining your voice, tempo, delivery to become a strong and confident teacher.

2:30pm - 4:00pm -Adjustments and working with students. During this time students will practice giving and getting physical adjustments of all 150 postures of the It's Yoga System. Practice and discussion on how a teacher moves and works the room. Group and private class approach and focus.

4:30pm - 6:00pm Practicing The It's Yoga System. During this time you will practice the Rocket routines. Students will also be scheduled for assisting.

Tuition is $895 which includes a month unlimited class membership at the school.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The Fitness Academy develops overall body strength, flexibility and coordination using three different methods: Pilates, Heavy ball esistance training, and Yoga. This program is the most comprehensive training system ever created for physical transformation..

The first component of the Its Yoga Fitness Academy are 36 exercises that are based on the work of Joseph Pilates, a pioneer in fitness
programming.

These simple exercises are effective for creating strength in the core of the body. Once the limbs of the body are properly coordinated to the core it time to move with a weighted ball or heavy ball for resistance.

These Heavy Ball exercises are broken down to six groups with each group targeting a different area of the body. This style of training is common among athletes for increased athletic performance.

The third movement is Yoga. Yoga is centuries old but now more that ever relevant in our ever increasingly complex and technologically
advanced society. Yoga is instrumental in creating higher states of awareness, strength, flexibility, and peace of mind. In this segment you will challenge your strength and endurance practicing challenging arm balancing postures, Vinyasa, and transitions using harnesses, blocks and springs.

$20 per class or $350 for 24 classes.
